Enter Orders From Anywhere


  If desired, sales people can enter orders from client locations or anywhere with a mobile data plan on an iPad, mobile device or laptop. Any WiFi device can do the same from coffee shops, Internet cafe or any WiFi location.

  These capabilities in our optional Sales Module mean your sales people can be more productive, spending time selling instead of driving back to the station for paperwork.

  Sales people can also check to see if accounts have paid and reprint invoices, co-op copy and statements from anywhere.

  Sales person order entry into a computer takes no more time and is usually more legible than writing a contract on paper. It also saves your traffic staff from having to type contract data into software, taking time and potentially introducing errors.

  Note also that we only offer Windows software. iPad, iPhone, smartphone, tablet and slate remote functions are through a browser page. Then when you make a selection, you get a PDF to view in the browser.

Full functions such as editing an order, generating a log or new invoice, making bank deposits and the like require a dedicated Windows PC. In other words, other iPad, tablet or Apple Macintosh functions are only available through having a Windows PC available remotely that is not otherwise being used. It also requires the extra cost of third party screen sharing applications like LogMeIn or else BootCamp, Parallels or VMWare Fusion and copies of Windows 7.

  Note that the above features are only included within our optional Sales Module. Since competitive traffic software seldom includes these features and we are less expensive on an apples-to-apples basis, we do charge extra for these features that involve extra work and server space for us and to pay time and money-saving dividends to you.
